This notice describes the public Blinx World access, support, and data request paths operated by eXo Digital under the Blinx World name. Effective date: October 16, 2019.
Access requests may include email, city or metro, device/platform interests, product interests, consent state and version, an anonymous browser identifier, source route, referrer origin, campaign attribution values, and timestamps. Support and data requests may include email, request category or type, a bounded description, follow up consent, source route, and a public reference.
We use this information to route opening wave access, provide service and security updates, respond to support, verify and fulfill data requests, protect forms from abuse, understand first party attribution, and maintain operational and consent evidence. Access update consent is stored as service_updates, not generic marketing consent.
Information may be handled by providers supporting hosting and content delivery; database and form processing; authentication and transactional messaging; security, bot prevention, and logging; first party analytics and attribution; support and operational administration; and legal or incident response when necessary.
Narrow exceptions may apply for a security incident, active dispute, legal obligation, preservation hold, or fraud or abuse investigation. A minimal hashed suppression record may be retained as long as needed to honor an opt out.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of access update consent through the account data request path. Verification is required before disclosure or action. We do not ask for government identification through these forms.
Blinx World is a general audience service and is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that information from a child under 13 was submitted without a compliant basis, we will delete it.
Blinx does not currently sell personal information collected through its access, support, or data request forms. Blinx does not currently use that information for third party targeted advertising.
Use the controlled support form for privacy questions. Do not submit passwords, financial information, government identification, or other sensitive details.
