These Terms govern use of blinx.world and its public forms, operated by eXo Digital under the Blinx World name (“Blinx,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms.

These terms cover blinx.world and its public forms only; they do not govern unlaunched transactional, transportation, marketplace, identity verification, or mobile store services.
2. General audience
The site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information for a child under 13 without a legally compliant basis.
3. Access requests
An access request records interest. It does not guarantee admission, availability, launch timing, a citywide service, or any product outcome. Access may open in stages and may be paused or declined.
4. Illustrative and changing information
Some scenes are illustrative. Local information changes. Do not rely on the site as the sole source for safety critical, emergency, legal, medical, transportation, or financial decisions.

9. No emergency service
Blinx is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate local emergency service if someone is in immediate danger.
10. Availability and liability
The public site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Blinx does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that changing local information is complete or current. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
11. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access to protect people, the service, or legal obligations, or when these Terms are violated.
12. Governing law and changes
Georgia law governs these Terms, without overriding protections that cannot lawfully be waived. Material updates will be identified by a revised effective date. Effective date: October 16, 2019.
